Just 20 minutes from central Marrakech, AP Domain brings together two twin villas built in 2022: Villa Celeste and Villa Zenith. Modern, bright, comfortable, they form a true private cocoon within a confidential estate, perfect for exclusive stays with friends or family.

Designed to accommodate up to 18 guests, AP Domain allows you to enjoy two perfectly equipped houses, with generous living spaces, heatable pools, south-facing gardens, and an open view of the Atlas. Meals are shared in one of the living rooms, you stretch out in the sun around the pool, you gather for a festive dinner on the rooftops or a pétanque tournament at sunset.

Two villas, one spirit: light, comfort, and serenity

Conceived together, villas Celeste and Zenith embody the same vision of luxury: that of comfort without ostentation, architecture open to nature, and noble materials chosen with care. Each has its own bedrooms (4 for Celeste, 5 for Zenith), its garden, its private pool, its high-end equipment (fiber Wi-Fi, Smart TV, air conditioning, sound system, premium linen…).

In total: 9 bedrooms, 2 pools, 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 bright living rooms, and 1 large pétanque court.
