Villa Radiance

After a full year of renovation, Villa Radiance stands as one of the most beautiful family residences on the Route de Fès. It sits in a private 5,000 m² garden, less than 15 minutes from downtown and a stone's throw from Marrakech's most sought-after golf courses.

The house welcomes up to 16 guests in eight elegant bedrooms, each equipped with a private bathroom and television. Bedding, household linen, equipment… everything is new, chosen to guarantee comfort worthy of a boutique hotel.

The large central living room becomes a true living space. It's where people gather to chat, share a meal, or simply relax. Outside, several well-appointed areas let everyone enjoy the garden at their own pace, in the shade or sun.

The heated pool quickly becomes a meeting point, while the modern gym — with treadmill and competition bike — appeals to the most active. For rest, the garden invites naps, games, and relaxation in complete freedom. And thanks to fiber internet, those who work remotely or want to stay connected can do so without constraints.

The decoration, designed by Anas and Zineb, creates a soft, understated, welcoming atmosphere. It accurately reflects the spirit of the house: generous, elegant, authentic.

For large-scale stays, Radiance can be combined with its neighbors, villas Moderna and Bohemia. Together, they offer up to 20 bedrooms, perfect for family reunions, wellness retreats, or private celebrations.
